This newly renovated apartment, equipped with every comfort and a terrace on the splendid Via Frattina, is located in the heart of Rome very close to Piazza di Spagna. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a lift. It can comfortably accommodate 5 to 7 people and consists of:

- fully equipped kitchen with dining area;

- 2 double bedrooms;

- 1 single bedroom

- 2 bathrooms;

Please note that the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 children.

If you need to check in after 8.00 pm there is an extra cost, please communicate the request to the email address frattinagrandsuite@gmail.com to agree on the time.

During the stay

It is not permitted to organize parties/events

Advertising photography is not permitted

Smoking is not permitted

Additional Rules

Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during night hours (11pm to 7am), upon arrival and departure.

Other Things to Keep in Mind

According to national legal regulations, the temperature in the home cannot exceed 20° plus 2° tolerance. The heating and air conditioning are totally autonomous.
